I agree, but in this context the request still needs to be made to retrieve the file, which will most likely be blocked by filtering anyway.

 

If there is malware, then I agree fixing that first would be a good idea.

We were unable to recreate the issue with other logons on this PC....

 

We deleted the users local profile, which was re-created on his next logon and now the results are as we should expect.

 

Very strange.

Id still be scanning those machines.
