Looking for a good supplier of dell spare laptop parts who take purchase orders. Can anyone recommend a company !

Speak to any IT recycling companies regarding this. Dell are well known for their "wastage" - if an engineer visits a business with a faulty laptop and takes a spare, new mainboard with him just in case it's needed and then finds it isn't, it will be disposed of, fully packaged, unopened, brand new.

These are sent to recycling companies in large pallets for disposal. Some places will just send it for shredding, some will sell on at decent prices.
