snagrat Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 I have a number of schools complain today that they are unable to insert attachments in OWA with Office 365. Has anyone else seen this today, or know of a change that may have affected it?

JB7 Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 We occasionally see this, also using IE 11. Seems to occur when the user has left OWA open for long periods of time (days not hours) without logging off or closing the tab, haven't yet got to the bottom of this.
ellsandell Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 We have has this problem in IE for the last couple of months, the loading icon will just constantly spin. We just tell them to use Chrome if it happens.

MkII Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 I had this on IE9 and the upgrade to IE11 fixed it. Again, it worked fine in chrome.
