Is the Anycomms site working for anyone in Leicestershire?

 

The site times out for us and a few schools we called but BSS says there's nothing wrong and to talk to Leamis. This of course is dumb as Leamis have nothing to do with the Anycomms site.

Just got off the phone to kcom and apparently they are having issues in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.

There's a service issue on the emPSN network for all of East Midlands.

we have had intermittent and slow internet all day in Leicestershire here all day from empsn - guessing it is capita DNS issues - that is usually the case

Digging back through some logs and yup, as soon as the request hit the emPSN DNS server it failed.

The latest update says it's a BT issue. It seemed to function normally from early afternoon.
