Outlook Attachment default temporary save location

Hi All,

 

Is there anyway to change the default temporary save location for opened attachments in Outlook?

 

By default, if you try to save a document that is opened via Outlook, it defaults to the users temporary internet files.

 

Is there anyway to change this?
