sllorep Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Hi all, Does anyone use ClassCharts? https://www.classcharts.com/ Teachers printing off their class seating diagrams from ClassCharts are complaining that they are getting a large grey/black box printing at the bottom of the page. I have found that this is happening because we have been telling staff to keep the "Print Background Colours and Images" option ticked on in IE because otherwise SISRA doesn't print properly. Their support team doesn't seem to be able to replicate our issue! My question therefore is - does anyone else have this issue? If anyone uses ClassCharts can try printing with and without the IE option "Print > Page Setup > Print Background Colours and Images" and let me know your results? Thanks, Ash.
Sylv3r Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 I've just tried it here and seemed to print fine in IE and Chrome. 1
sllorep Posted March 6, 2015 Author Posted March 6, 2015 I've just tried it here and seemed to print fine in IE and Chrome. Thanks, are you using their print button on the page (the one that rotates it by 90 degrees), or the Print button within IE? What version of IE are you trying - although it happens for me with Compatibility Mode turned off and on. Here is what happens to me when I print from Class Charts with "Print Background Colours and Images" checked in IE settings (names and faces removed): Thanks, Ash
