FishCustard Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Are there any systems out there for managing safeguarding/cause-for-concern cases - tracking reports, referrals, meetings, etc? I know of a couple for LAs and social work teams, but couldn't find any aimed at schools. I could tweak a standard 'support ticket' application to fit, but want to see if I've missed anything! (Apologies if this is the wrong forum to ask this sort of question!)

Either an extremely secure service (and I get to bang on about security accreditations if folk want me to) or hosted locally. These will contain personal and/or sensitive, personal data at some point.
