plexer Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 I did one many years ago the best part was it was April 1st when we jumped I'd do it again tomorrow wouldn't necessarily do another bungee jump. Ben 1
VeryPC_Colin_M Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 I'll donate.... a piece of my mind Mr @mac_shinobi! You know our very own VeryPC Ed had a near miss when he Sky dove (dived?) for charity.. I don't think I could live with myself by paying to encourage anyone else to do something so dangerous! Now then, I'm up for supporting the Autism cause though. How about this... I will donate £10 to your cause if you can go a month without posting on EduGeek? 2
MYK-IT Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) Best of luck @mac_shinobi I did one over 12 years ago and it was amaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzzzzinng! 14,000 ft Awesome. One moment you're free falling for about a minute; then the parachute opens and pure silence... feeling suspended in the air (of course you're not) I paid extra to get it video'd too; but suppose that's 'old skool' and GoPro's are used nowadays... and you don't fly up when the parachute opens as per videos (I will leave that for you to work out ) Oh, I did kick the camera/man whilst exiting the plane; he missed the signal that we were jumping and we did a forward roll out of the plane! Enjoy! NB Forgot to mention that I had to sign a disclaimer basically saying you could die... Edited February 6, 2015 by MYK-IT 1
