Bit of a strange one

SEN support sends a sensitive email to a social worker with an attachment. Marks it "high importance" and "confidential"

Recipient cannot see or open attachment.

Social worker in today - SEN support tries to access her own sent email to print off the attachment and she can't see it either!

She hasn't encrypted anything

Any ideas?

Sorry, got it wrong - she didn't attach anything, she pasted something into the body of the email. I've just seen her do it and send something to me and I can't see it either!

What type of content is she pasting? It might be being removed if the emails are being converted to plain text, or perhaps a rule is checking the body for specific content and removing it.

Just a word doc. The one she sent to me was just lines of gobbledegook

I wonder if it is because she sets is as confidential but doesn't encrypt it?
