loxford120 Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I have an admin account apart from systemadmin but the RMMC icon does not show up on the desktop, I have checked registry but cant find a policy that could be blocking this. Has anyone got any ideas on how I could access the RMMC on CC4 in alternate ways if not through the desktop shortcut. Thanks

rad Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 RMMC is a program installed on the computer. If you search your pc for rmmc.exe you should find it.
GeekyPete Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Do you have the shortcut in a program set? If so check the group membership. Otherwise just put a copy of the shortcut in your n:\ drive. And to ask a stupid question, you do have RMMC installed on your computer don't you?
