Good morning,

One of the classrooms this morning is having a very frustrating problem when trying to calibrate. Each time i open the calibration display and press the first precision point the calibration display turns off and goes back to the PC display.

I have noticed that the flame in the top right corner also turns blue (however this might be because i am quite close to it when pressing the first calibration point?)

Any help will be much appreciated

Thanks

Hi Fps_Chappy,

The calibration screen will "quit" when the barrel button is pressed on the pen (right click), or when the escape key is pressed on a keyboard, or when the right click on a mouse is pressed.

From what you are saying it appears as though that the board is detecting a right click when you are calibrating the board.

So my initial suggestion is ensure that you are not pressing the barrel button on the pen whilst you are calibrating, if you aren't and are still getting the problem try another known working pen.

If you have done this and you still have the issue I would recommend turning the amplifier on the board off (If you have one) (ensure the light goes red) and then disconnect the USB cable. Leave for around 30 seconds and then turn the amplifier on (green light). Wait for the light at the top left of the board to go RED and then connect the USB cable back up, wait for the LED to go white, and then attempt to re-calibrate.

If you are still getting issues I would recommend contact our support team.

Thank you
