I had to do the following:

 

1. Use SizeExplorer to create file listings of the two folders.

 

2. Create an Excel file with the following columns

 

(From folder one)

Column A -> File Name

Column B -> File Path

 

(From folder two)

Column C -> File Name

 

I could then use conditional formatting with formula = =ISNA(MATCH(A1,$C$1:$C$37700,0))

 

to highlight all the files in folder one that are not in folder two.

 

Seems to work :)

 

WinMerge etc would n't work as folder one and two have differing sub folders....
