Anyone a user here?

 

If so have any recently updates killed your box and left it not working as it should be?

 

If so are you working yet or have you had to have the box replaced?

Any particular update you've applied that's killed something? 9.3 by any chance?

I don't know, it seems to have auto done it, out of my control as we do not manage it but just trying to see how many have been affected and if they are up yet as the company who support ours seem to be dragging their heels over it. All out my control too which is annoying.

We applied the latest 9.210-20 and it sort of killed email

 

Basically we couldn't receive any email from Gmail/Google apps

It seems that in 9.210, development accidentally blocked the SSL3 cipher when we should have just blocked the protocol.

 

Google aren’t actually using SSLv3 protocol, just using the cipher.

It's still broke on 9.3

Basically ours denied all traffic and only allowed the sites on the white list. No admin access to do anything and denied any user authenticating internet access via the application installed on the desktop.

Unsure if commercial UTM is much different from the home UTM, but I've had a few problems recently with friends using the home UTM. I've had to roll back a couple of updates that had some odd side effects - chunks of sites unavailable, pop3 connections broken and FTP allowing a connection, but failing to transfer anything.
