SISRA Excel Addin online mode

Hi all,

 

We have started using the SISRA Excel Addin. We'd like to use the online mode but Excel says it cannot reach their servers.

Our squid server shows http response code 417.

 

Any ideas?

I gave up with it whilst behind on a GfL connection. It was still a bit hit and miss when we changed.

Just to say that this has been solved by adding the following line to squid.conf

ignore_expect_100 on
