Pivot Animator icon group policy

I'm trying to create a desktop icon for an application called Pivot Animator.

I've installed the app to a shared location and have created a gpo which points to the exe.

I've attached a screenshot of how I've set it up. I checked using gpresult and it seems to apply.

I also checked using iconexplorer and I think the icon index = 0 should work.

I have another similarly created shortcut gpo for another application which looks the same and works fine.

Any thoughts gratefully received.

Your UNC paths look incorrect as there is no \\ on them?
