Vicky Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Hi all, We have a some Apple TVs set up at one of our primary schools and teachers are complaining that the image being projected on to the whiteboard is too small, is there a setting on the Apple TV to adjust this, maybe some sort of zoom option, is it even possible to make the image bigger or are they just going to have to put up with it! If anyone has come across this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated -Vicky Tofield IT Technician Hatton Academies Trust
johnhart96 Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Hi Vicky, We have a similar problem here, when you turn the iPad horizontal the picture will turn with it. Unfortunately there is no way you can zoom the image because the apple TV it trying to maintain it's silly aspect ratio. This is why the image is scaled to fit the screen. John

John (sighs) If the iPad screen is turning when you turn the iPad just turn on orientation lock in control centre on the iPad ? Scaling the iPad screen to your projector will depend on how the Apple TV is connected to it...HDMI or VGA?
