For non-office365 users, what do you do for storing work?

- foldr

- local storage on ipad

- ad link

- network share

- something else?

We use Google Drive. Our VLE (Frog) provides the facility as well, but up to now we've not particularly encouraged it, as it's newish, while Google Drive is fairly proven and reliable.

FoldR

Well worth it for us.

They also have google drive as of September, but we don't encourage uploading existing docs to there unless they need it for homework; google is for new and collaborative work primarily.

With google drive is this linked to the domain or personal google accounts?

It's a GAFE account (Google Apps for Education), not personal or SSO'd to active directory.

We do Google Drive with Google Apps for Education, so they log in with their school accounts via SSO. I'd say use of personal ones is informally a bit discouraged.

+1 for FoldR

It integrates with existing server structure almost seamlessly, gives browser and WebDAV access to files also (Great for Chrome and BYOD), just set it up, tell it where your DC is, set up a few share rules, and presto.

There has recently been an Android app released which is similar to the v1 iPad app
