Risk Assesment - URGENT

Only just realised my predecessors risk assessment is completely empty. We have inspectors from the ISI and Ofsted in this week and they need to see these this afternoon. Anybody got something I can throw their way to keep them happy, doing my own will take a little bit too long...

Yeah, got that one already myself although not the 'space' side of it. Good start though.

@Ben_Stanton: I wrote that and it covers everything that is in the HSE literature. The idea was to have a 'self-assessment' sheet so that staff could go through it during their induction.

 

If you go around and do them, you can get it done and dusted in about 3mins per user.

 

Incidentally, Thomas Computer Supplies do very reasonably priced LCD arms and mounts for satisfying the screen height requirement.
