Its the fact that i kitted out my viper nicely to down 2 anacons and didnt get paid.. i dunno. Maybe ill hold out until beta is over. If i still have the same problem... seriously have to start considering a refund.
featured_spectre Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Why. Between beta and release, you're looking at maybe another 5 or 6 patches...Now this is just dealing with general bugs. The bounty issue is a known one at the minute, and I think the only working way to get it going is to get the bounty from the system you took the hunt on.

I can see it been more suiting to my play style as I go to closest port buy items I know sell go to mining area sell items, mine for minerals and then occasionally drop into an instance of sorts to break things up.

Link here Creator David Braben explained in this week’s Elite newsletter that they’ve started going through refund requests and chiefly follow two simple rules. If you simply pre-ordered the game from Frontier, you can have a refund. If you’ve played in the alpha or beta phases, regardless of whether you backed the Kickstarter or bought access later, can’t get a refund.

Doesn't really make sense. Yeah this is why I think these huge open betas are generally a bad idea, a growing chunk of the gaming community seems to have forgotten what a beta product is. You're supposed to be finding bugs and reporting them to help the developers polish the product before general release, not finding bugs then having a hissy fit and rage quitting!

Otherwise we would have all waited for the full version, or maybe should have! Asking for your money back when you have played it for a bit, don't like something, that is called 'renting'.
thepridster Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 ill be honest I haven't really encountered many bugs in the short times I've played obviously ran into the network issues when they were rife but other than that. Got mega bored of mining last night and sold all my gear bought me some overcharged burst lasers and multicannons all gimbled and went round killing stuff and mass trading was a good night ^^

I really hope they've got some tricks up their sleeves for tomorrow, because if they don't add any new content in Gamma - this game will not be popular on release.

Just seems to be a pirate fest and bounties aren't being paid out. Father In Law has the account now. I do want it too be better, but eh, if I get my own, I will wait until after release.
