Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is possible? We're looking at dual-booting our school Macbooks with Windows 7 and wondering if we can use our existing SCCM deployment procedure to do this?

Any information would be great!

Many thanks

I have found it not possible. The GUID of iMacs I tried it with are not unique. Every mac had the same GUID. SCCM doesn't like this. I suspect you may have issues deploying OSX with SCCM anyway.

You might already know about this but Deploy Studio is pretty good for macs - Home

Thanks both. Just to clarify we have Macbooks already set up with OS X but its the process of applying a Windows image as a second operating system that I'm hoping is possible through SCCM?

We use DeployStudio to deploy the initial dual boot scenario but we have just successfully started to reimage the windows partition (Partition 4) via sccm. I did have to capture an image from an imac with bootcamp installed though as couldn't figure out how to silently deploy bootcamp when using our standard desktop image. I'm still not sure if this helps us because its just as easy to reimage with DeployStudio.
