timbo343 Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 We use ProDesktop Version 8 and I can confirm this does not work on the technical version of windows 10 even when we try and run compatibility mode of windows XP SP3 it doesn't work. The program loads but when we go to make a square or a circle verticle we get an error "The command has been aborted. An internal error occurred in Pro/Desktop. It is most likely that doing the same thing again will produce the same error".
Arthur Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 We use ProDesktop version 8 and I can confirm this does not work on the technical version of windows 10 IIRC, doesn't ProDesktop have the same issue on Windows 7? We switched to SketchUp Pro due to compatibility issues.

I think we managed to get it working on Win7. Not sure if our place still use it as we have been asked to use sketchup but its another bit of software that we can cross off here.

Adobe After Effects CS2 Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite 2012/2013 (2012 was on an x32 build) Autograph 3 (Version 3.11) GameMaker 8.1.142 Needed .Net2.5 and 3 installing to be able to use the licensestamper application Google Chrome (41.0.2272.101 - Enterprise MSI Install) Mediator 9 (Build 152) Promethean ActiveInspire V1 & V2 Solidworks 2014 & 2015 Sony Vegas Movie Studio (Version 11.0.322) We also have ProDesktop 8.0 (SP2) installed, and whilst it installs and opens, it seems a bit hit and miss, so I have passed it over to one of my technicians who knows how to use it. MartinT Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 I thought SOLUS3, SIMS and FMS were looking good for compatibility but unfortunately SIMS reports will not run, giving a COM class error. This could be a show stopper for us.
