WDS deploy and capture using a usb stick (no pxe available)

I have new Toshiba Encores with 32bit uefi bios that do not support PXE. I have a hub and a Ethernet usb adaptor. I need a wds boot image on a usb stick that will allow it to talk to the new 2012r2 wds server.

I've tried 3 online guides now and none work correctly. Has anyone actually done this!

ARGH!

This should be doable. All you want to do is boot from the stick and pull the image as normal from WDS server?

Look into MDT - it can generate the ISO file you need.

In the same boat, marvelous Samsung ActivTab Tablets, no PXE/Network boot. We just got some Dell XPS tablets which can reportedly boot PXE with the right USB Ethernet Dongle but their not cheap.

The odd one or two fine to build from scratch but now we have 8 of the Samsung's and it is a real chore. Each one has to be attached to a USB Hub, attached to a USB CD Drive and bypassed the proxy because you need to download drivers direct from the Internet. They may be fine for home use but we need our own image and software and none of the silly bloatware.
