UPDATE: Ive had a few people ask about the salary and if its pro-rata or not.

Ive heard back from the school and its the same arrangement that I did when I worked there. Your only paid for 36.5 hours per week but in order to cover all the extra holiday you will get, the applicant will need to work banked hours each week. I worked 41 hours per week but then got all the school holidays (minus the 2 weeks) off.

So the salary advertised is the actual salary and NOT pro rata.

However please double check this with the school if arranging visits or emailing for information.
