Hi, We have iPads and have recently got to the point were we want to get printing to work. I have used configurator to set the printer ip addresses in airprint payload and the printers are detected. When you print to the printer from the iPad nothing happens, however if the printer is jammed or out of paper it will tell you. So everything works except the vital part where nothing comes out of the printer.

Just a little background on the situation ..... Our lan is divided in to different vlans. two of our vlans are pupil wifi and curriculum (curriculum is where the printers are attached).

I have also tried other trials and solutions such as handy print but configurator keeps giving me the error "could not resolve resource path"

Its testing my patience slightly. Inter-Vlan routing is configured, changes have been made to allow multicast/broadcast on the Wireless Lan Controller.

Any Advice is appreciated and before you bother there is absolutely no documentation on that configurator error.

Hi Squeeky... did you get anywhere with this?

We would also like to print from our iPads but we keep getting 'no printers found'. We use VLANS and a Meru managed wireless system.

To combat the VLAN issue, I tried adding a printer into the same VLAN as our iPads but it still didn't become visible.
