[sims] Capita Supportnet : Now dropdown box on IE

I'm not getting a dropdown box under IE when i login to supportnet - works in chrome - has anyone come across this before? I also noticed same issue with some council websites

Have you tried compatibility view?

Yeah I had that with IE10 at school. Using IE11 now and it's fine but can't remember whether I am using compatibility mode or not.

I've been having the same problem, although it seems to work on Google Chrome and Opera. My main problem is that I can't log a case! I keep getting an error about `too many redirects' whenever I click on case log
