Environmental monitors for server rooms, what do you use?

Hi All,

 

We are in the market for getting an environmental monitor to go in our server room, this is for a number of reasons not least to orchestrate an automated shut down of the systems should the air conditioning fail of an evening /over night

 

Just interested as to those who are using one what they are using etc. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

 

I know APC do a couple and i have found another company called Climate monitors do a couple

Yeh we use the Climate Monitors CM-2. It does a really good job and was pretty cheap.

 

Emails me when temprature goes critical. We also use it to know if anyone goes in the server room due to light levels.

Yeah we've got a Climate Montor CM-2 as well. Works well.
