How have you configure Premier pro?

How have you configured Premier pro for you network do you have a local scratch drive? I am also right in thinking that the scratch drive will only need to be accessed for that session?

 

Any other tips for configuring the CS suit for use on a network?

Ensure its cache files don't go to the profile path of the user if its a roaming or mandatory user put them to a folder per project on the user's drives this ensures they don't go missing or if your roaming they become huge profiles.
