Sunnyknight Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Hey folks, just wondering.... I've got my S4 set as my alarm every morning. The tone goes something like... (i'm going to do my best!) 'Dum dee dum dum dum... da da dum dum... dee dee dum dee dum etc etc'........ I'm looking for a more aggressive alarm. Something along the lines of a power plant failure sound.... something that would go... 'BRRRRRRRR BRRRRRRRR BRRRRRRRR WEEEEUU WEEEUUU WEEUUU' etc etc. Anyone got a link to some alarms that i can pinch? (or anything equivalent to the above?) Cheers

Sunnyknight Posted August 15, 2014 Author Posted August 15, 2014 Im proud to admit I don't actually have a mobile phone. My last mobile was a Nokia windows mobile thingy that was in a draw mostly for 3 years and it got thrown out when it wouldn't charge one day (It was pay as you go, £20 lasted years lol) Don't miss it one bit. ..... I dont know how to reply to that....
unixman_again Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 I don't have a mobile either. I chucked mine away 12 years ago. This puts Galway and myself in very elite company, as Tom Stoppard and Paul Merton don't have mobiles either. OK, so I can't reach Stoppard and Merton at any given second, but since I don't know either of these fine gentlemen personally, that isn't a huge problem.
Sunnyknight Posted August 15, 2014 Author Posted August 15, 2014 What about waking up to WWIII? I've chosen this as my new alarm tone! Congrats to @BassTech You get the grand prize of 1
Earthling Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 (edited) I use the loud guitar/drum break (after the first verse) from 'When September Ends' for my alarm and the opening few piano bars of 'Tubular Bells' for my ringtone. I've always made my own ringtones using Audacity, YouTubeDownloader and 140Gig of music. I might add another ringtone, probably the chorus from 'Wagon Wheel', which somehow ended up as being the 'Song of the Weekend' while I was at #CFF14 Edited August 15, 2014 by Earthling
