Adobe Cs3 grants full access to restriced C drive?

I'm really beginning to regret getting a site license for CS3 Premium... Adobe's support is one of the worst I've encountered (thought I would try here again before wasting hours with them) and the software gives me endless headaches.

The latest one is when you click on file -> open in PhotoShop Cs3 and then select the Use Adobe Dialog button, I can get unrestricted access to the C: drive.

If I switch back to the OS dialog menu my C: is nicely locked via GP.

Any ideas how to restrict this?

I don't use or support Adobe CS3, however could you clarify when users go to open/save work, by default does it open their My Documents folder?

I am guessing this is more than likely the case, but if not, then of course they'll be a registry entry what Adobe CS3 should open by default.

It might also be the case that C:\ is still accessible, because this is where templates or example illustrations may be stored (for example).

If Adobe cannot offer a solution then I feel bad for you. Such an expensive product should be designed to operate in a domain and work within its policies.
