[sims] Marksheet Supervisor

Hi all,

 

We're trying to setup marksheets for September throughout Summer, which is something we have never done before. I am able to create the marksheets by forwarding the date forward when I create them, however it isn't pulling through a supervisor (see below). Does anyone know how I can get it to do this?

 

The ones with a supervisor are the ones from this year.

I have the same problem myself and what's worse is that when September comes around, the supervisors still don't show until you delete and recreate the marksheets.

 

No solution I'm afraid but I'd be very happy to hear of one...

We have made a fix in this area in the SIMS Summer release.

 

If you are still not getting the supervisors, I suspect it may be related to the way the timetable and classes have been setup.

 

The system expects that supervisors are assigned from the date the class links are set, if the class teachers have been setup on a later date, it will not display them.

Yes, our NM has applied the Summer release and I can confirm that this has fixed the issue!
