Need an app like educreation/showme

Been asked to find something that could be used for evidence gathering for the early years team... I think they think that finger tips ect is overkill.

 

So they are wanting an app or two apps that will

1. allow photo's to be taken then annotated within the app.

2. allow videos to be taken and annotated within the app ( could be a different app)

3. These then saved as something normal ( or to the camera roll, to allow to be shared via dropbox / google drive)

 

I thought educrations and showme looked ok but they want to save in a weird format just on the Ipad, we need to be able to get these off and onto a computer.
