Popular Post nikaso Posted June 20, 2014 Popular Post Posted June 20, 2014 Teacher comes into my office with a couple of exam papers in her hand, conversation goes like this: Teacher: Hi can I ask you to help me with something? Me: Sure T: You showed me how to do this before but I have forgotten, I need you to show me again how to photograph these with the microwave M: (falls about laughing) T: Oops, blame my senile brain! M: Do you mean scan them with the photocopier? T: Yes, Yes! That's it! I thought it was brilliant and had to share. 16
E_G_R2 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 open the door, pop them on the glass plate and set to 5 minutes. Enjoy the fire drill in the playground.
SiliconAlley_Sam Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 ...I think I'm going to home school my children if/when I have them. 3
HTCPCP Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 wow, where do schools find teachers? It must be something they spray into classrooms or something...
Ketlane Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Long ago, Year 9 lad on field trip: "Sir sir sir we must look at this under a microphone....."
SiliconAlley_Sam Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I just can't comprehend how you can confuse a microwave and a photocopier.
abillybob Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I just can't comprehend how you can confuse a microwave and a photocopier. Huh? They are the same right or have I been confused for 20 years
Garacesh Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Does this mean if I put food in the photocopier I'll get more food? So that's where I've been going wrong all this time..
abillybob Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Does this mean if I put food in the photocopier I'll get more food? So that's where I've been going wrong all this time.. It also works with money, cars and girlfriends! They're great things! 1
AJWhite1970 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Does this mean if I put food in the photocopier I'll get more food? Already been done as this documentary shows Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia 1
Garacesh Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 money, cars and girlfriends! The problem with that is you need an initial sample to start with Already been done as this documentary shows Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Amazing film - one of the few where the sequel was actually better, though.
abillybob Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) The problem with that is you need an initial sample to start with Yes unfortunately so, that is the main limitation of this device I'm sorry! Though there are work around if you buy a 3D printer create a model girlfriend how you want and then switch the photocopier to "IT'S ALIVE!!!!" mode this will then convert it to a normal girlfriend. This can be replicated with the car and money so don't you worry. I hear @ICTDirect_Dave sells some refurbished versions if you're interested!? Edited June 20, 2014 by abillybob
Garacesh Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) My photocopier doesn't have "IT'S ALIVE!!!!" mode Only "Sheet of black", "Sheet of white", "Run out of staples" and "Secure annihilation of any and all documents (extensive fragment retrieval required)" Edited June 20, 2014 by Garacesh 1

mac_shinobi Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Does this mean if I put food in the photocopier I'll get more food? So that's where I've been going wrong all this time.. You laugh about that but had one support call a few years back where a student at a school decided it was a good idea to put Sushi / raw food through a copier's Fuser / Fusing unit to see if it would / could cook the food and it got jammed in there and knackered the copier up. Not to mention all the toner and whatever else - not very edible afterwards !!
AJWhite1970 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I've had to remove a sheet of lasagna out of a laminator before!!!!

In all fairness, they do get pretty damn hot. But no. If you want to cook food, everyone knows you wrap it in tin foil and stick it under your car bonnet

I didn't think there was such a copier @Garacesh
