jertsy Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 As the title suggests, who do you use for network support. We have VMWare and server 2012R2 with exchange 2013. I might need to look around and would welcome any recommendations. Cheers

mikeyw Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 We use these guys http://www.dmsystem.co.uk/ The support they have gave us has been outstanding, We love the management console as well as letting teachers use the more locked down console to allow them to easily access students work and changing passwords. 1
6Foot2 Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Our LEA offers a support service that we are paying for. We opted for the minimum support they offer. However I have been told that I am allowed to purchase more support [more on site visits from LEA engineers, upgraded telephone support and a faster turn around time] Waiting to hear what the new charges will be and what the new support regime actually allows for.
