As the title suggests, who do you use for network support. We have VMWare and server 2012R2 with exchange 2013. I might need to look around and would welcome any recommendations.

We use these guys http://www.dmsystem.co.uk/ The support they have gave us has been outstanding, We love the management console as well as letting teachers use the more locked down console to allow them to easily access students work and changing passwords.

Our LEA offers a support service that we are paying for. We opted for the minimum support they offer. However I have been told that I am allowed to purchase more support [more on site visits from LEA engineers, upgraded telephone support and a faster turn around time]

Waiting to hear what the new charges will be and what the new support regime actually allows for.

We have contracts with Blue Chip for VMWare and Veeam and a support contract with monitoring for our EMC SAN. We have ad-hoc support with eNTrustIT
