Take pictures of touch screen on Sharp MX 3110N Printer

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this thread. I'm wondering if the Sharp MX-3110N printer/scanner has something like a print screen function that will allow me to take a picture of the touch screen and save it to my laptop. I'm making some instructions for my coworkers and screen shots would be useful for illustrating the steps.

I resort to my phone to take snaps like that. Most recently my idiots guide to operating the new staff room dishwasher was done this way!

I have done what Elsie has said (but not for a dishwasher our staff were not capable of operating that....) or find a PDF of the original manual which is usually full of exact replicas of the screens and just take snips of them

Go to system settings and the operation settings and allow the 3 boxes that are set to prohibited and put in the IP of your machine and VNC to it, the password is blank and when it asks for one.
