For those that haven't heard of us, this will give you a brief summary of who we are and what services we offer. For more information you can also have a look at our website.

 

Silicon Alley are an Essex based technology provider now celebrating our 21st year in business! We service the public, private and educational sectors throughout the UK. We partner with some of the largest and most well-known technology manufacturers and distributors in the UK in order to provide you with the latest and best technology at great prices. We provide, as our slogan suggests, a "personable" service, with each of our customers receiving a dedicated account managers as well as any necessary support from the rest of our dedicated team. Our utmost concern is the satisfaction of our customers and ensuring that we deliver a fantastic level of customer service.

 

Our customers include large multinational companies, central and local government as well as medium sized businesses throughout the UK. Our education team deal with over 250 schools throughout the UK.

 

What we can do for you:

 

Inkwell: Our unique Inkwell allows you to permanently keep stock of consumables on site but only pay for what you use on a monthly basis. This means that you never have to worry about running out of consumables or being stuck with ink or toner for printers you no longer use. All we require from you is one, very quick monthly stock count so that you can be invoiced for what you've used and have your stock levels automatically replenished.

 

Managed Print: We can also offer you a fully managed print solution which we run alongside our partners at any one of a number of manufacturers.

 

Supply Only: Just want to buy some consumables? We can do that too. We are constantly in talks with our suppliers to ensure that we are getting the very best prices for our schools.

 

Hardware, software etc: Have an IT requirement? Chances are we can help you. We can supply schools with hardware, software and licensing, networking, phones... anything you need to make your IT department run smoothly.

 

IT Recycling and Data Erasure: ​Recently we have re-started our IT Recycling service. Do you have redundant kit lying about you want rid of? Are you concerned about your hard-drives being erased or destroyed to government certified standards? We can take care of all of that for you.

Below are some pictures of our brand new, Inkwell Dashboard (largely just because I'm rather proud of it)! This is what our Inkwell users use to do their monthly stock count which prompts us to top them up. They can also redeem reward points, add and remove cartridges from their Inkwell, report faulty cartridges, request quotes for hardware/software etc. and request recycling boxes!
