dany2010 Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Hi, Trying to download Office 2010 with SP2 32 bit from the VLSC and its greyed out. Contacted their support and they say that some people get things greyed out by error and to download office and the service pack seperatly. I replied that there's no chance im doing that on 200+ machines. Is it just me or is the 32 bit option not available for all?
LeMarchand Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 I've tried 4 different site logins recently and not been able to get it. Just tried the one from the site I'm at now and still no joy.
Oaktech Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Nope... I'm seeing 64bit only for download. there isn't even a 32 bit offering on mine. Although, you should be able to install 32 bit with SP1 and then use GPO to it update it to SP2 pretty painlessly.
dany2010 Posted May 15, 2014 Author Posted May 15, 2014 Gave Microsoft a ring and they say their techs are having trouble getting the two joined in a acceptable file size. She said they haven't got a clue when it will be done.
Arthur Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Seems to work for me. That's just the service pack on its own.

If it is too much for their connection, people just won't download it.
