We are RM CC4 - followed the guide but having an odd issue.

The users don't seem to be able to get to their documents, unless they are a member of "Printer Credits Management" which is set in System Roles in the RM Management Console. If they are a member of this group, it works fine!?

Something is wrong.

The error has been logged on the servers event log.

This is the event log from the server:

An error occurred in Home Access Plus+

Eventually i got this to go by using firefox on a client PC. The server where i was trying to do this was IE9 so it should have worked but it seems to have saved so its working okay. the only thing its now comming up is a message after logging on the HAP is "forbidden". Click OK and it is usuable but not sure what is causing the issue. I am trying with my account as well as test etc.

Any ideas on why this may be happening.

Thanks,

Ash.

The error can be safely ignored if that isn't working, as it's more informative than anything else

Thing is, the users can't get there docs at all. If I give them the "Printer Credits Management" permissions in the RM Management Console, then they can get their docs and this error disappears.
