pete Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 The only way to delete reports from ex-Staff at present is to re-activate their account, login as them, delete the reports and then de-activate the account again. This change request (that I found while pondering rewriting my old one after it was deleted) proposes allowing System Managers to delete reports belonging to inactive users (and possibly others). If you're logged in this hideous URL may work: http://support.capitaes.co.uk/ChangeRequest/DetailChangeRequest.aspx?id=%C3%97%C3%9E%C3%92%C3%9B%C3%A8%C3%A8%C3%93%C3%9B%C3%A1%C3%9B%C3%94%C3%9F
vikpaw Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Hey it worked from a mobile and I wasn't even logged in. +2 Though there is always one that does a strong disagree!
tombry Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 I'd love to know why anyone would strongly disagree with this one? +2 from me - so much junk in our reports from people 'having a play'
Seb1780 Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 I'd love to know why anyone would strongly disagree with this one? Lack of Mouse control / Reading Skills / It's the Developer? +2 from me too.
Barcrest Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 +2 Seems logical. I would find it even easier if as system manager you could delete any report, saves going into System Manager to do it.
