The only way to delete reports from ex-Staff at present is to re-activate their account, login as them, delete the reports and then de-activate the account again.

 

This change request (that I found while pondering rewriting my old one after it was deleted) proposes allowing System Managers to delete reports belonging to inactive users (and possibly others).

+2 Seems logical. I would find it even easier if as system manager you could delete any report, saves going into System Manager to do it.
