Suits

Hi,

 

I used to like Suits, the American TV program about a law firm. Until now! Series 3 Episode 1 At 22mins and 30 seconds, the main character is blackmailing the IT guy. He says something along the lines of "After i am done with you, you will be lucky to get a job as a network administrator in a high school".

I remember that scene well , still like it as a show but the whole London tie annoys me how they see English people .

Must have missed that bit, still watching it (now as it happens). not sure why, the sums they talk about is obnoxious.

I prefer Silk but they are both pretty silly.

Sixteen episodes into the third series and I still love suits, it's clever and sharp and very well polished. Though I have no idea where they're going to take it due to the limitations they've placed on themselves from the first episode.

I've just seen the latest Season Finale and WOAH it was pretty intense. Lots of fast paced stuff and some excellent Louis moments (surprisingly). The ending was moderately unexpected but since it's been renewed for at least 16 more episodes I expect they'll find some way to get around the twist they put in at the end. Gripping stuff.

 

You have to bear in mind that the US school districts work very differently to the UK. In many cases you have 1 or 2 technicians working a very high number of schools (around 20 or so if I remember correctly - don't quote me on that) with the day-to-day stuff done by less qualified staff. Over here we have 2 or 3 techs per school or per 3 or 4 schools.

Any predictions on what the new season will bring?

 

* Mike does a bit of legal work for his new company as well as his job

* the DA-guy from the end of the season persues him harder now he's moved out of the job

* pressure gets too much now he's being targets and DA wonders why he's out of a job he loved

* Mike threatens to expose Jessica unless he's allowed back for the protection

* Gets back in, but has to earn the trust back

* Louis finds out, and it's left on a cliff-hanger on him going to the DA or not
