After starting when I was 14 as I used to work in a pub since the age of 11, the only way to have a minute break was if you wanted a fag, I found as I wanted to go into education it's not practical to smoke so started quitting with my ecig 6 months ago, it's been hard but I am so proud :)

One question though after 6 months without a normal cigarette why am I still coughing up gunk in the mornings is this normal? How long does it take for you to clear all the rubbish out?

Ecigs have been great to get me off the habit, after my holiday this year I'm stopping with the ecigs all together started on 18mg nicotine now I'm down to 0mg, cannot express how good these little devices are and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to try and quit especially JacVapour as their VP1 starter kit has lasted me a long time and the batteries are still working very well!

It could be the ratio of PG / VG in the eliquid - from what I've read on forums it affects different people in different ways. maybe try a 100% PG or vice versa and see if it makes any difference. Also a lot of people say PG and VG can dry you out so to drink water.
