Zourous Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I have a promethean board which I suspect has a faulty control board on it, but before I go further I need to Identify which it model board it is. What is the definitive way of checking so I source the correct part? Many thanks
phillyrovers Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 (edited) Hi Zourous, The most definitive way of finding out the full model of your ActivBoard is to contact Promethean Support with the serial number. They will be able to identify the model and provide any appropriate firmware/ driver updates for the board. Failing that they may be able to advise you of the correct part you may need.
