Help with Papercut - They can transfer money they dont have

We are new to this, dont think it is quite set up correctly as they have now discovered they can transfer to each other unlimited money (see pic)

 

How do I stop this?

Ask them to back up the money with physical cash, much like a casino does with the chips on the gaming floor??

Have you got user accounts set to unrestricted?

Have you got "allow users to transfer funds to other users" enabled in the options?

The two option you need to remove are as @TronXP says the "allow users to transfer funds to other users" and prevent the student accounts from going below £0. I don't recall the setting name but this should resolve the issue.

Can't take the credit (although I already had it set) - someone on here not long ago had a similar situation - they were seeing something akin to the 2008 Financial crisis occurring in their papercut environment

User -> job log, find job and delete (probably)

 

You may also wish to set "max copies" and "max pages" on your printers...

Thats not it and I have max pages set

click the job log and edit the job as you see fit.

Sorry, but did you ever try contact the developers? I just contact them direct whenever I had a problem and they were able to solve the problem almost instantly.
