Well at my last job we once asked for a screen grab so we could diagnose the software problem they were having and they took a picture with a digital camera and emailed it to us.....I kid you not.

I have actualy done that, but only becuase it was a hardware problem and the PC was well and properly crashed.

I must admit we've done it with a video camera to record a message on boot that flashed by so fast it couldn't be read and it couldn't be paused. It turned out it was a message on our NEC server politely informing us that one of the cpus was f****d....!

I have taken a photo of a bios screen here - but that's excusable - innit? :)

 

You do know tech_guy that you can usually pause the post screens with the pause key? :p ;)
