exchange 2010: blasted owa and pupils

Hi all not shore if on correct thread or not,

 

i have just stated setting up the pupil accounts on our exchange how ever all the testing was going fine untill i test on pupil machines

i keep getting a dns error i have checked out the settings and nothing pops out to me

i ran some checks and the machines in question tell me its a 403 error and thats all.

 

where should i start?
