I would like to give a thank you to Sahara Systems for service beyond the norm for many companies.

 

We have a set of their wall mounted speakers where one of our little treasures thought it would be a fun to smash the wired remote control. Despite not actually stocking spares for them their engineer took a look through their stock of returned speakers and sent us a replacement free of charge.

I've had a similar experience with them... They've been super helpful. I needed a pair of the secure torx keys for their projector mounts, and a hdmi connector for one of their bulkhead boxes and they just charged me postage for them.

I had the opposite! I was after a HDMI connector thing for one of those boxes. CPC sold the boxes, but said they were no longer going to stock the little HDMI connector

 

Rang Sahara and they said I could only get it through a reseller... Eventually found one and ended up paying around £15 for it!!
