And witch's school has 2. Ofsted regard it as good practice to have all statutory policies available.

There are 10 on the websites of both schools - one is a middle-deemed-secondary, the other a Junior

 

My governor school has only admissions or complaints policies up!

 

Good practice, yes, and I agree they should do it, but it isn't a legal requirement. I don't think a school has to have a website does it?

 

From September 2012, it does yes.

That's interesting - I know a local school that doesn't currently have a website...not one of mine she hastens to add

Source for that? I know of 3 or 4 that don't have a site, 2 of them have a note that says this belongs to school X call 12345678900 for more details.

But the government have decided that the requirement for a school to have a prospectus is dropped because schools must put this information on a website. So actually, I think the school does have to have a website... the guidelines say that this website needs have an expected url like stcustardsprimary.co.uk ... again there's no real way of getting round it sensibly.
