nickbro Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I think I've fixed it in the v10 release. You can manually close a ticket by setting status="Fixed" in the tickets.xml file in the app_data folder

nickbro Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Thanks @minimoo, got a lot on at the moment, county wide wifi is getting put in and I'm the lead from the High Schools for it, we have to put in 802.1x auth instead of a PSK. Plus I've got timetabling starting, and supporting 4 primaries, all by myself (hopefully only for another month)

I'm sure some schools would find that a good time to do an upgrade. However, Nick sounds like he's fairly busy atm and i'm fairly busy until 30th Jan.
