RogerCorrigan Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 SOLUS 3 keeps saying agents are offline. When I 'check agent status', the agents come 'online' for three minutes, and they go offline again and have to keep checking the status. What is causing this issue and how do I fix it?

Rawns Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 It's either a firewall issue on the client or a DNS issue. Investigate both.
