[sims] KS2 sub levels

Hi, FFT does not yet have levels for our new intake. I have Key to Success data but if I am to use this I need the formula for calculating the sub levels, as only the whole levels are calculated. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I found the KS2 data for our new intake in the development tables on FFT last week. This provided the grades with sublevels so if yours arent there already they may be available soon.

aren't KS2 intake levels on NCA Tools, not K2S? for Year 7 anyways.

Just had a look and I cannot find development tables, can you let me know where they are please?

Scrap that, they are available in the development section (follow innovate on home screen, select KS4 Pupil Estimates (1 page per pupil) and the reports will list the KS2 results on the left under test)

 

It is easier to extract the data for a whole year group by selecting:

Export (from the home page)

Pupil Subject Estimates,

KS4 - Click >>

Select 2017/18

Show: Decimal or sublevel

Subject: Choose one subject

 

and export to excel.

 

This gave me our new intakes KS2 test results with sublevels for English and Maths and a full level TA for Science.

Hi I'm new to this forum but was searching for info about KS2 stuff and stumbled across this gem:

There I found spreadsheets to convert marks data obtained from K2Success into sublevels, APS etc etc. It looks like there's loads more useful stuff there too.

As someone that uses the HGfL, I think a lot of that stuff can only be downloaded if you are connected to the Grid.

 

I know I've tried downloading things on there from home and failed, but had no problem in school.

Thanks for all the help - v useful: I am new to the assessment role. My main issue now is that the new intake are still not showing up on key to success or FFT so need to work out who to chase,
